Antoniterquartier

The AntoniterQuartier in Cologne, Germany, combines contemporary architecture with a historic setting. The building complex, designed by trint + kreuder d.n.a., complements the Antoniter Church harmoniously and creates an open, urban space.

The facade is characterized by sand-colored thin bricks, which are inspired by the natural stone of the church, creating a warm, calm aesthetic.

The shape and color of the bricks give the impression of solid masonry, providing a high-quality appearance. Completed in 2020, the multifunctional building combines residential, office, and cultural spaces, offering an oasis of calm with its cloister-like courtyard in the heart of Cologne's city center.
