Flagship project Messecity Cologne
The Zürich Campus in MesseCity Cologne impresses with its clear, modern architecture. The entire project development includes six office and hotel buildings, as well as spaces for gastronomy, services, and retail, with a total of 135,000 square meters of floor space.
The facade combines large glass surfaces with brick slips, referencing the Cologne brick tradition. The carefully coordinated color scheme of the brick slips gives the building an elegant, timeless appearance.
Additionally, the combination of glass and brick creates a harmonious balance between transparency and massiveness. The Zürich Campus is a successful example of modern office buildings with a connection to the regional architectural tradition.
